      Based on observation at 11 a.m., staff failed to ensure children washed their hands with soap and water as needed. The Specialist observed 10 children, age 3-to-4-years-old in S3's classroom, 8 children, age 1-to-2-years-old in S5's classroom, and 10 children, ages 1-to-2-years-old in S6 and S7's classroom come in from the playground and sit at their classroom tables for lunch to be served.
