Based on record review/interviews at 12:56 p.m., although the center has a Behavior Management Policy implemented, S10 (DOH 2/7/2022) used a prohibited method of discipline as C1, age four-years-old, was subject to physical punishment. On 3/25/2025, at approximately 4:30 p.m., S10 hit C1 on his right arm with a stick, causing him to have a red mark.
