      Based on observations and record review at 3:15 p.m., the center's daily attendance record for children did not accurately reflect the children on the child care premises at any given time as 12 children (ages one to four-years-old) were present and 14 children were signed in on the log. Corrective Action: Effective 4/23/2025, S1 stated she will check the daily attendance log as children leave the center to ensure children are signed out and it accurately reflects the children on the center premises to ensure compliance with this regulation.
