C.: Based on record interview/interview at 12 p.m., on 04/15/2025, S1 failed to have at least one staff member on the premises trained in medication administration that includes auto-injectable epinephrine, whether the center administers medication or not. Training is required every two years and the staff's training expired 01/04/2025. S1 stated she has a medication administration training scheduled for 04/16/2025. Corrective Action: Effective 04/15/2025, S1 stated she will schedule trainings timely and at least 30 days prior to expiration to ensure compliance with this regulation.
