A parent, signed their child, C1, 2-years-old, out in Procare at 12:39 p.m., but C1 was left in an unoccupied classroom at the center by the parent. At 12:56 p.m., C1 was found alone, outside on the playground by S3. S3 brought C1 inside the center and signed her back in at 12:39 p.m., due to her not leaving the premises.
