1723.A.&B.: Based on record review at 1:15 p.m., S1 failed to have documentation that 1 of 5 staff on the premises and accessible to the children have current certification in infant and child CPR through training approved by the department. S5 failed to have current certification. This was not corrected prior to the Specialist's departure. Corrective Action: Effective 2/5/206, S1 stated she will schedule the training by the end of the month. She will create a tracker to keep up with the staff's trainings to ensure compliance with this regulation.
