Based on observation at 1:45 p.m., S4 failed to devote her time to supervising the children, meeting the needs of the children, and in participation with the children in their activities. The Specialist observed S4 on her phone instead of supervising the children during naptime. Corrective Action: Effective 3/25/2026, she will sign a policy for cell phone and cell phones will no longer be allowed in the classrooms while the children are asleep to ensure compliance with this regulation.
