The Specialist reviewed camera footage from 6/10/2025, and observed S9 left C1 (10-year-old) alone and unsupervised in a classroom at 9:49:12 a.m. C1 remained alone and unsupervised in the classroom until found by S4 at 9:51:01 a.m. Corrective Action: Effective 6/18/2025, S1 will require staff to complete a roll call of the children and complete a name to face check off as the children walk out of the building to line up for a field trip to ensure compliance with this regulation.…
