1911.I.J. Based on record review at 11:30 a.m., S3 (DOH 4/29/2024) failed to use proper lifting techniques as she lifted C1, 1-year-old. The Specialist reviewed video footage from 11/7/2024, and observed S3 holding C1 by his right wrist area as she lifted him from sitting on the floor to a standing position in an attempt to separate him from another child.
