      Based on observation, the director did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed school age child walk into the cafeteria, and into the school age room to drop off his back pack with out adult supervision. Two teachers on the play ground providing supervision which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 06/11/2025

      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed school age and preschool children utilizing the outdoor play area together and preschool children walking through the school age classroom to access the cafeteria while school age children were in the class which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
