      Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that the Director and staff #2 completed incorrect training (online based) for Pediatric/CPR First Aid. POC Due Date: 04/11/2025

      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. During the indoor inspection, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed some cleaning supplies that were accessible to children, which were stored under the kitchen sink. LPA also observed the janitor closet was left unlocked as well as two other small closets/rooms (boiler room and electrical panel), which contained wiring or other items that could pose a danger if accessible to children.
