Based on observations at 9:30 a.m., items that can be harmful to children, such as cleaning supplies and chemicals, failed to be kept in a locked cabinet or other secure place that ensures they are inaccessible to children. The Specialist observed 11 containers of disinfectant wipes and 4 cans of Lysol spray in a unlocked cabinet in S4's classroom and accessible to 9 children, ages 3-years-old and 4-years-old. Based on record review at 11:30 a.m., the center's visitor daily attendance record failed to accurately reflect when a visitor was on the child care premises. The Specialist reviewed the visitor attendance record from 2/19/2025 to present, and observed 5 visitor departure times failed to be documented. Corrective Action: Effective 5/21/2025, S1 will review visitor log at the end of the day to ensure compliance with this regulation.
