Based on record review and interviews at 11 a.m., although the center has a behavior management policy in place, on 4/15/2026, at 9:25 a.m., C1, 2-years-old, was subjected to a prohibited method of discipline, corporal punishment, by S27 (DOH: 8/25/2025). When coming in from outside, S18 and S14 observed S27 grab C1 by the arm, yank him, and yell at him. S27 was terminated, effective 4/15/2026; C1 appeared to be unharmed and is still enrolled at the center.
