Based on record review at 1:55 p.m., S2 failed to have documentation on 4/02/26, that the entire center and play yard was checked after the last child departed to ensure that no child was left unattended at the center. Corrective Action: Effective 4/13/26, S2 stated she will retrain staff to remind them to complete the end-of-day check prior to leaving the center each day.
