C.: Based on record review at 3:00 p.m., S7 failed to have documentation that S1, S2, S3, S4, S6 and S7 were provided opportunities for continuing education to obtain a minimum of 12 clock hours per center anniversary year. S1 had 4 .75, hours, S2 had 8.75 hours, S3 had 8.5 hours, S4 had 8.75 hours, S6 had 4.75 hours and S7 had 4.75 hours. This could not be corrected prior to the Specialist departure. Corrective Action: Effective 5/21/2026, S1 stated she will schedule continuing education trainings earlier to ensure compliance with this regulation.
