Based on record review at 11 a.m., S1 failed to have a current certification in pediatric first aid and CPR for S8 (DOH: 7/9/2025) within 90 calendar days from the date of hire and prior to assuming sole responsibility for four, 1-year- old children. Corrective Action: Effective 7/29/2025, S1 stated going forward she will inform new staff that they are not to provide sole responsibility for children and to alert her if they are placed in a classroom alone until their Department-approved CPR/PFA certification is obtained, to ensure compliance with this regulation.
