      Based on record review at 10:30 a.m., S1 failed to have documentation that 4 of 10 staff on the premises and accessible to children had a current certification in pediatric first aid through training approved by the Department. S1, S5, S6, and S10 failed to have the current certification. A class has not been scheduled. Corrective Action: Effective 11/21/2025, S1 stated she will contact the CPR trainer in an attempt to take the PFA course addition, or schedule a new Department-approved PFA class, to ensure compliance with this regulation.

This was corrected during the inspection.
