      Based on observation and interview, S1 failed to have a daily schedule posted that includes times of planned activities. This was not corrected prior to the Specialist departure. Corrective Action: Effective 7/23/2025, S1 stated she will develop a schedule and place in the classrooms by 7/25/2025 to ensure compliance with this regulation.

Corrective Action: Effective 7/23/2025, S1 stated she will have all the required items needed for the evacuation pack by 7/25/2025 to ensure compliance with this regulation.
