      3.: Based on record review at 10:00 a.m., the center's daily attendance log for children failed to accurately reflect the children on the child care premises at any given time as 56 children were present and 35 children were signed in on the log upon the Specialist arrival to the center. The center's daily attendance log for children also failed to include a sign out time and the first and last name of the person to whom the child was released on 1/13/2025.
