      Based on record review at 10 a.m., S1 failed to have documentation that all staff on the premises and accessible to the children had a current certification in infant, child, and adult CPR through training approved by the Department. S1 was present and working following an expired infant, child, and adult CPR certification on 10/31/2024. S1's new certification was completed on 2/13/2025.
