Based on interviews and record review, although the center has implemented a Behavior Management Policy prohibiting physical punishment, S7 (DOH 10/15/2024) used physical punishment on C1, 1- year- old, and C2, 1-year-old on 12/02/2024 and on C3, 11-month-old, on 12/09/2024. S4 and S2 observed S7 use her hand to pop C1, C2 and C3 on their hands as a discipline method. S7 was immediately terminated effective 12/10/2024 at approximately 12:00 p.m.
