      Based on record review and interviews on 12/10/2025, while supervising a group of 7, one-year-olds, S16 failed to meet the needs of the children. On 11/12/2025, at 11:00 a.m., C1 (one-year-old) placed her hand on hot mashed potatoes placed on her lunch plate by S16. This caused her to receive swelling on her fingers. S16 stated she was unaware that the food was too hot to serve to the children.       Based on record review/interview at 12:00 p.m., C1 was allowed to drink restricted milk during lunchtime on 8/28/2025, which he is allergic to. Corrective Action: Effective 9/25/2025, S1 stated C1's individual needs has been posted in the classroom so all teachers are aware to prevent another incident in the future and to ensure compliance with this regulation.
