Based on observations at 8:59 a.m., S1 failed to follow the Electronic Devices Policy as Electronic Devices were used by children under age 2. During the walkthrough, the specialist observed 3 children under the age of 2-years-old watching television. This was corrected at 9:00 a.m. when S3 removed the 1-year-old children out of the classroom.
