Corrective Action: Effective 4/7/2025, S1 stated she will check logs the next morning that documentation has been completed to ensure compliance with this regulation.

Corrective Action: Effective 4/7/2025, S1 stated she will have new staff paired with a staff that has current training until all required training is completed to ensure compliance with this regulation.
