      . Based on observations at 8:45 a.m., S1 failed to ensure the daily attendance record failed to accurately reflect when a Visitor was on the child care premises. Specialist reviewed the visitor daily attendance record from 7/10/2024 until present, and observed the departure time failed to be documented 18 times and the purpose of the visit failed to be documented 4 times. Corrective Action: Effective 7/8/2025, S1 will review the visitor attendance log at the end of the day to ensure compliance with this regulation.
