1913.B. Based on observation at 9:40 a.m. S1 failed to ensure that only children age 3 years-old and older engage in water activities. The Specialist observed three staff supervising 9 children, aged 1-2 years-old, participating in water play activities with a small sprinkler pool that had less than 2 feet of water. Corrective Action: Effective 06/11/2025, S1 stated that they will remove the sprinkle pool and no longer allow children under 3 to participate in water play activities.
