      1711.A.1 Based on observation at 9:15 a.m., S1 failed to meet the required child to staff ratio for infants. The Specialist observed S3, alone, supervising 6 children, one infant, 1 one-year-old and four 2-year-olds. The required ratio for infants is 5 children per 1 staff person. One additional staff was needed to satisfy ratio. Ratio was corrected at 9:18 a.m. when S2 moved the 4 two-year-old children to other classrooms.
