On 5/14/2026 at approximately 2:51 p.m., C1, age 1 year-old, left the outside patio area and went into her classroom, alone and unsupervised, for approximately 1 minute as C1âs class transitioned from the outside patio area to the classroom. S6 stated on 01/23/2024 at 11:30 a.m., C3, age 2-years-old was placed in a bouncer for approximately 1 hour. S5 retrieved C3 from the bouncer when she returned from lunch at 12:30 p.m. Corrective Action: Effective 05/28/2026, S2 stated that she will place timers in the classroom to ensure compliance with this regulation.
