Based on record review/interview at approximately 3:00 p.m., S1, failed to notify Child Welfare within 24 hours of the following critical incident: On 7/1/2024, at 3:24 p.m. C1 was having tummy time on the floor when her foot was pinched underneath the edge of the rocker occupied by S9, causing a red mark. This could not be corrected during the inspection.
