Per the camera footage, on 5/14/2026, at 12:30 p.m., C1, 5-years-old, abruptly jumped up on her mat at naptime. S18 was observed on her cell phone when C1 approached her to report that C2, 5-years-old, was bothering her, which was preventing her from sleeping. Corrective Action: Effective 4/9/2025, S3 stated they will now start doing observations when children enter the building and before going into their classrooms to ensure compliance with this regulation.
