      1811.A.&B.: Based on record review and interviews at 11 a.m., S1 failed to provide documentation of a CCCBC-based determination of eligibility for S8. The Specialist observed S8 in the classroom with seven 2-year olds. S8’s CCCBC showed “In Progress”, and had not yet received a provisional or eligible status in the CCCBC system prior to being present in the childcare facility. S1 stated she thought S8 could be present at the center since she completed her fingerprints and was unaware her CCCBC status had to show “provisional” before being present at the center.
